• Artisan Pizza School: A half day class aimed at diving deep into Artisan Style Pizza Making with a variety of ovens available for backyard use.  Includes dough making and hands on pizza building and cooking for all students.
• Green Mountain Grills Cooking Classes:  As an ambassador to Green Mountain Grills Matt can show you all the ins and outs of cooking with Green Mountain Grills, from competition BBQ and Steak cooking, to cooking tailgate style foods and of course, using the GMG Pizza Oven
